Ok, more info:

Wikipedia indicates 24 episodes, but the last 2 were not aired in the US...

Also says the Final Break movie is a direct-to-DVD episode and consist of episode 23 & 24 in one 88-minute feature to be released on July 21, 2009.

Where did you get the Final Break from then?

Wikipedia says those episodes aired in UK, which is where I am guessing these came frmo.

Yes I'm in UK, all of the episodes were on tv here, including the 'final break', looks like the torrent has been added directly after the final UK air date :-)

This season gets a little confusing at the end, Episode 22 is the season finally. Episode 23-24 are just the "The Final Break" broken into episodes and then there is "The Final Break" Which is just EP23-24. Ep23-24 just show the events that are missed in the finally, so don't worry if you have no idea whats going on.
